We do not accept returns or exchanges. All of our items are handmade when ordered and are not on a shelf ready to ship. Each item is made to the size specified when ordered.
All of our items are sold as "new" from a pet-free and smoke-free environment. Once an item is delivered to a customer, we cannot say that it is "new" and we cannot guarantee that it is smoke-free and pet-free.
We do not refund for "buyer's remorse" or color discrepancies. Colors vary according to different monitors.
Due to the patterns and designs on the fabric, the bow tie you receive may not look exactly like the one pictured.
