Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.  Please read bow tie sizes & styles before purchasing. If you still have questions, please contact us (support@bowtie-expressions.com) and we will do our best to help you.

All of our bow ties, cummerbunds, pocket squares and pet collars are handmade when ordered. They are not on a shelf ready to ship. Each item is made to the sizes specified when ordered.

All of our items are sold as "new" from a pet-free and smoke-free environment. Once an item is delivered to a customer, we cannot say that it is "new" and we cannot guarantee that it is smoke-free and pet-free.

We do not refund for "buyer's remorse" or color discrepancies. Colors vary according to the monitors. If you are not sure, contact us for a sample.

Due to the patterns and designs on the fabric, the bow tie you receive may not look exactly like the one pictured.

If you feel there is an issue with your order, be sure to contact us within 3 days after receiving your order.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
